Jeep Life Tribute to a Memphis Local
March 08, 2020
There was a young lady in Memphis that loved “Jeep life” and unfortunately she died in a Jeep accident.

No one in the Jeep club knew her and she wasn’t a member. But we found someone in the family and asked if they wanted a few jeeps to roll through the funeral home in a show of support and respect.

They thought it was a great idea and even said they would like a few Jeeps to follow the hearse to the cemetery. Now this all started at 1 on a Friday so folks had to take off work. 30 Jeeps showed, drove in convoy to the funeral home. Welcomed by tears and lots of pictures from the family.

All but one waited 2 hours and took a final ride with her to the cemetery. Of course I couldn’t get my Jeep to turn over so I used my truck to stop traffic and took a few pics.

It’s just amazing in a shitty world of politics and hate that a odd assortment of black white gay straight latino asian come together and show up in numbers at a strangers funeral all because of Jeeps.
